Employment of staff

All staff associated with GNS Sports must be checked thoroughly. GNS Sports ensures that all members of staff are appropriate and professional when working with children. This involves having no convictions of any kind, having the right attitude, ethic towards children and also having relevant experience of working with children.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

GNS Sports believes that every child should be able to participate within sport in a safe and enjoyable environment. GNS Sports recognises their responsibility in helping protect children from any kind of abuse whether it is physical, mental, sexual harm, neglect or bullying. GNS Sports care and try to provide equal attention to all participants regardless of age, ethnic identity, gender, and background.

GNS SPORTS CODE ETHICS AND CONDUCT

INTRODUCTION

All teachers/coaches are expected to conform to ethical standards in various areas including: humanity, relationships, commitment, co-operation, integrity and confidentiality, abuse of position, safety and competence Teachers/Coaches who work for GNS Sports are expected to comply with this code of conduct and take responsibility for their own actions in relation to: children, parents, themselves, other staff members, GNS Sports and the teaching/coaching profession.
